DEBORAH SHEA, CEO/President
As Hellbent's CEO and President, Deb Shea provides oversight to all campaign development and execution, exploring with her team the confluence of creative design, strategy, function, and technology. She founded Hellbent Marketing in 2003 after many years in art and creative director roles within design studios and Silicon Valley tech companies that served a global market. In these positions Deb led teams that spanned Europe, India and Asia, inspiring collaboration among multiple language and cultural groups and creating new graphical standards for online design. This deep experience in brand strategy and outbound marketing materials for sales, web, trade, video and print production is the foundation of Hellbent Marketing. After five years of steady growth, a stream of happy, repeat clients and more than 130 awards for excellence in marketing and creative design, Hellbent added extensive online and SEO expertise services in 2008.

She is the President of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) in Silicon Valley and on the Board of Directors for the Peninsula Symphony and the Redwood City Education Foundation. Chosen by the Silicon Valley Business Times as a "2010 100 Top Women of Influence," Deb was also named a 2010 Top Woman Entrepreneur by Women Entrepreneur Magazine. In 2010, Hellbent Marketing received multiple American Graphic Design honors from the prestigious Graphic Design USA magazine and the 2009 Business of the Year Award from NAWBO-SV.

Known for her creativity, passion, brass and sass, Deb inspires her team and everyone she meets to aspire to excellence. The quintessential Californian, she is also an avid outdoorswoman, a crack shot with both gun and bow and arrow, and often found sailing across the San Francisco Bay at the helm of her schooner, the Babalu.

SHANAN VASQUEZ, Art Director
Shanan Vasquez is Hellbent's Art Director, responsible for integrating a campaign's overall visual design with the marketing objectives and serving as top liaison between clients and the web team. Prior to joining Hellbent, Shanan worked as a graphic designer creating artwork and the full range of print collateral materials for corporate identities, packaging and advertising. She is a graduate of San Jose State University's nationally recognized Design School who earned both a BA in Graphic Design and a BFA in Photography. Her work has been published in periodicals and exhibited in galleries. The experience she acquired in an even earlier role, as a competitive cheerleader for a college all-star team, continues to serve Shanan well in her day-to-day activities as Art Director at Hellbent. Enthusiasm, a laser focus on client service and keen attention to detail mark her projects as much as her appealing, intuitive use of color and design elements..

Most critically, Joyce employs her superior organizational skills to help clients plan, keep them apprised of progress and make sure their needs are met to the highest standards of customer service. Hellbent's satisfied clients and vendors know that Joyce is their advocate, and she works hard to make all projects go as smoothly as possible.
